The “Buganda ku Museveni” has placed strong focus on educating communities about government programs aimed at boosting incomes and improving livelihoods.
Held on Sunday, December 14th, 2025, at Allied Teachers College in Nyenga Division, Njeru Municipality, in Buikwe district, the event drew residents and local leaders seeking clear information on how national initiatives can translate into real economic benefits at the household level.

The rally, dubbed “Buganda ku Museveni,” was led by Hon. Diana Mutasingwa, the Woman Member of Parliament for Buikwe district and Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President.
She emphasized that the main goal of the rally was to explain government interventions in agriculture, education, health, and entrepreneurship and how communities can actively benefit from them

Mutasingwa encouraged participants to embrace these programs as tools for sustainable economic growth.
She also called on residents to protect these gains by supporting President Yoweri Museveni’s leadership.
Officials made detailed presentations on how farmers, youth, and small business owners can access government support, stressing participation as the path to economic independence.
